Jimmy A. - HEAD CHEF
First generation raised in the states from Lebanon, Beirut with over 25 years of experience in the kitchen. Our chef is dedicated to creating something special for your dining pleasure, every time. Jimmy comes from parents who loved spending time in the kitchen. Many of the daily specials served come from his mother's recipes which came from her mothers, and so on and so forth.
All combined to bring you an unforgettable experience.
Layla A. - SERVER
Daughter to the Chef - our little helper is the most friendliest server you’ll ever encounter. Already so advanced, ahead of her time, she delivers excellent service in a timely manner while being attentive to all guests who enter. High-school student with a 3.0 GPA also learning about her culture and the same skills in cooking her father picked up at her age.
Joelle R. A. - GENERAL MANAGER
Sister to the Chef - she’s been running this ma & pop shop for over 3 years. Joelle's been in the restaurant business for over 8 years with 10 years in excellent customer service. She is director of operations and controls all front-house functions. She also has a passion for food and cooking which she feels brings her closer to her culture and heritage.
Together, they are able to make you a part of their family, a part of their dining table - because when you dine at Beirut Cafe , you dine like you're in the Middle-East.
